Our Show Home based off the Akaroa plan provides a stunning three-bedroom home with two living areas, full size study or 4th bedroom, spacious kitchen, and scullery. The unique design feature of this home is the generous outdoor living area, enclosed on three sides, which adds to the usable floor space of the home, whilst protecting the owners from the worst of the Manawatu winds.
